Government-enterprise Cooperation Being Established between Chengdu Shuangliu District Committee and Baoshihua Group

On November 25, a delegation led by Xian Rongsheng, Secretary of Shuangliu District Committee of Chengdu City, and Liu Yongjun, member of the Standing Committee of the District Committee and director of the publicity department, paid a visit to Baoshihua Group. Shi Qingjun, chairman of Baoshihua Group, presided over the meeting and expressed his welcome and thanks to Mr. Xian Rongsheng and his delegation. The two sides held in-depth talks on matters related to all the cooperation projects to be carried out in Shuangliu District.

At the meeting, the group leaders reviewed the achievements made in the cooperation of both sides in the past three years and expressed their good wishes for continuous and in-depth cooperation.

As mentioned by Wang Xiaobin, executive vice chairman of the board, the past three years has witnessed continuous cooperation between both sides and steady promotion of business development. Thanks to a package of policies implementated by the government of Shuangliu District in the fields of settlement award, license handling, industrial and commercial registration, tax incentives, financial and tax incentives, office space, executive awards and talent services, the investment cooperation agreement between the two sides has perfectly fulfilled. In order to promote the sustainable development of the two sides, our group will spare no effort to give full play to its own advantages to help the implementation of the development planning strategy of Shuangliu District and work together with the local government to promote the economic and social development of Shuangliu District. It is hoped that both sides can continue to explore in the fields of medical informatization, internet hospital, centralized procurement of pharmaceutical equipment, pharmaceutical research and development (R&D) innovation, precision medical construction, GCP clinical research and capital market operation, aiming to achieve in-depth development and win-win cooperation.

Liu Yongjun, the member of the Standing Committee of the Shuangliu District Committee and the director of Publicity Department, introduced Shuangliu District of Chengdu from the aspects of history, administrative division, comprehensive strength, business environment and leading industries. He said that Shuangliu District ranked the 32^nd and 16^th  in in terms of its comprehensive strength and business environment respectively among the top 100 districts in China in 2019. By simplifying the administrative approval process, effectively promoting the realization of preferential policies, and innovating enterprise communication channels, Shuangliu District has continuously strengthened the trust of enterprises in the district government and constantly strengthened the relationship between the district government and enterprises. In order to promote further cooperation between both sides as soon as possible, Liu Yongjun said, the district government will actively strengthen communication and connection in the next step, and solve all the key and difficult problems in the process of project implementation in a timely manner. Meanwhile, he sincerely welcomed our group to visit Shuangliu District again for investigation and research.

After the meeting, Secretary Xian Rongsheng had an in-depth conversation with Chairman Shi Qingjun.

Xian Rongsheng fully affirmed Baoshihua Group’s contribution to the economic construction of Shuangliu District, and pointed out that first, the government of Shuangliu District will actively support the group’s investment and its construction projects such as medical information industry, internet hospital and cooperation with International Bio City; second, in accordance with the strategic development goals of Shuangliu District in developing aviation economy, electronic information and biomedicine, it will give the full play of the advantages of the local government and provide corresponding services in business environment, preferential policies, personnel support and other aspects; third, this meeting is regarded as an opportunity for cooperation, and further carry out and futher expand the multiple-level cooperations in different fields of other projects that conform to policies and regulations, regional planning as well as the fundamental interests of local people.

Shi Qingjun said that the projects invested by Baoshihua Group in Shuangliu District can not development without the long-term support and strong help of the District Committee, District government and various departments. In the next step, under the leadership of the District Committee and District government, our group will proactively carry out in-depth cooperation in more dimensions based on the principle of mutual benefit and win-win situation, continue to play a good role in serving the medical and health of the local people, and make new and greater contributions to the social and economic development of Shuangliu District. At the same time, both the preferential policies offered by the District leaders and their ability to solve difficulties and troubles faced by our company have strengthened our group’s confidence in sustainable development in Shuangliu District.
